Theresa E. Keves
Theresa E. Keves is President and Owner of
DeNovo Business Enthusiasts, LLC. She is the fifth child out of
six children born to two hard working, spirited individuals.
With over 35 years in the corporate arena, Theresa is extremely
passionate, logical and loyal about her career in business and
mediation. A kind, caring, and trustworthy individual, she is
certainly at her best when she is helping those who want and
need her assistance, which attributes to the commitment that she
has for her organization and the specialized services she
offers.
An advocate for education, she has a Bachelor
of Science in Business Management, a Master in Business
Administration and Technology Management and a Professional
Certificate in Mediation, all from the University of Phoenix,
with a GPA of 3.9. Theresa has a number of supporting
complimenting Professional Certificates and she belong to the
appropriate Professional Affiliations relating to her line of
work. In addition, she is a Volunteer Mediator for the Attorney
General Office - Civil Rights Division and Highland Justice
Court. She also, has volunteered her time to train high school
students for Peer Mediation and other prospecting mediators for
the Attorney General Office. In 2011 she is currently on track
for completing her PhD and becoming a License Document Preparer.
DeNovo Business Enthusiasts is a Virtual
Organization, which means Theresa can assist companies
throughout our global business arena with Professional Mediation
and Virtual Business Management needs. For example, business
management includes (but not limited to) administrative needs,
employee training, writing policies and procedures and project
management.
Mediation is economically savvy and Theresa
brings her expertise for finding the middle ground pertaining to
the Professional Mediation side of her business. She
specializes in Peer Mediation, Employee Disputes, HOA Issues and
Outstanding Debt Settlement. Striving to have an end result of
an amicable agreement between her parties, she accomplishes this
by incorporating negotiation skills, invoking a listening ear,
infusing the necessary and adequate time for her clients and
integrates facilitative/evaluation techniques during her
mediation sessions.
