Authentic Care and Concern
These genuine listening skills are an integral part of every
appointment we have regarding your questions. The service
focuses on you. It serves as a clarifier so that you lead with your strengths and hold full understanding of the issues that
brought you to mediation.
Level Platform
Security and firm footing assure you of your place in the
procedure rather than being run over by the process. Ground
rules are established at the start of our work together. They
must be agreed upon and abided by for the mediation process to
be successful. Both the plaintiff and defendant will be given
equal and uninterrupted time to succinctly state their issues(s).
In addition, each side can state what
their desired resolution(s) are and what they want to bring to
the table of discussion. In the spirit of professional
negotiation, each side knows what they can and cannot leave on
the table, which strengthens there bargaining position.
Integrity
This character trait is non-negotiable. It is a core value for
me. In the interest of the most reasonable outcome, I listen for
balance to each side’s arguments. I am fair-minded and there
will be no favoritism for one side or the other.
Justice Will Be Served
I am an advocate for justice. Solomon’s Decision affords the best-desired
outcome founded on evidence and character. Both sides of the
table can be assured that they will be heard and served. They
will leave from the meeting with a comprehensive understanding
of expectations and how to proceed, futuristically.
Safe Haven
Unlike the traditional courtroom setting, my clients will
have the freedom to speak without restraint (based upon ground
rules). Coupled with the fact, there is no place for intimidation
during these proceedings and my clients can expect not be to told
what to do pertaining to what they would like as final
decisions. Because of my neutrality during these proceedings the
structure of the final decisions are totally the responsibility
of my clients. Clients are assisted and informed at each step to
assure their understanding to achieve their wishes, and direct
all parties to strive toward the best outcome.
